Somewhere new and different...

March 6th,  2016 brought this tearful photo as we said good-bye to Camp Blue Ridge. We were sad to leave a place we had poured so much of ourselves into, but comforted with the peace of knowing the Lord always has things in His hands. Will definitely miss the faces and friends that go with that time in our lives.

Watering newly planted blueberry plants.
A whole-fruit, blueberry based frozen dessert.

Life looks a lot different these days. I'm learning how to drive tractors, pack blueberries, and how to make and sell this stuff. We call it Sorbattos' Frosty Blue. Hopefully someday you'll find it in a local store near you!

I've traded the mountains of Virginia for the fields and hills of Central Washington State. The weather is hot - but not humid, and it's pretty much perfect every morning and evening. I love it! Also, the fruits and vegetables out here are to die for!! These pictures are a few of the fields I pass in the morning (when I actually drag myself out of bed to run). So this is home - until the Lord directs otherwise.  Going to try and genuinely do a better job of keeping you posted on life and my random musings.
